I can't believe Luke is 5 already. He is learning so much and is starting to read a little. He is such a sweet boy, he is such a good little friend. Matt had some business people over the other night for dessert, and the whole time they were here Luke was showing them things and telling them things. It was kind of funny. Luke is willing to try new things and is really improving in his skiing and biking. He is not afraid. He also has a very tender side. We love our reading time at night before bed, and he always wants me to lay by him for a minute before I can leave the bedroom. We have been reading the Children's Book of Mormon reader that tells the stories with pictures, and I have been really impressed with how much he remembers and wants to understand the stories. He has a very special spirit and we love him so much.
He loves the Wii and received the lego batman he has been wanting since Christmas. He is really excited for Toy Story 3 to come out, but sadly it isn't playing at the theater here, we will have to watch it in Utah. But he did get some Toy Story toys. We had the Elder's over last night and had made our version of cafe rio, Luke loves Mexican food and burritos especially. We love Luke!
