Trev is now a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are happy about his decision to serve in Oklahoma City. Before we met the rest of the family for lunch Caleb said on the way there "How long is Trevor leaving?" Me: "Two years." Caleb: "What!" Then he says "They have enough missionaries." We had a nice lunch and then took him to the MTC, we couldn't actually go inside (because of the swine flu) and had to say our good-byes in the parking lot. But we are happy and excited for him. He looked very ready and so handsome. Caleb got a little sad as we were walking back to our car, and was embarrassed to cry. I tried telling him that it is okay to cry. I am so grateful for Trevor's example to my boys and what a great man he is growing up to be. We sure love him! Yesterday the boys wrote him letters that we will mail as soon as we get his address.
We just took Micah's cousin to the MTC last week. Crazy. He is going to Mexico. Please stop having the same life as me... I swear we are always doing the exact same things at the same time =P
Trever will be a great missionary. Tell Caleb it flies by! You could do a candy thing for him and Luke like someone did for you when Matthew left?? he he
